Wraps
- 1 turkey breast bone-in 2lbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 avocado sliced
Pesto
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- Pinch of salt
- Add salt, pepper and olive oil to the turkey breast and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
- Mix the ingredients for the pesto in a blender. Adjust as need if it needs more salt.
- Peel off the our cabbage leaves, adding the large ones for the wraps. Steam for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Add sliced turkey, grated carrot, avocado and drizzle with pesto inside the cabbage wraps and roll.
