Cauliflower Rice

Serves 3-4

 

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower finely grated or chopped using a food processor
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Rinse cauliflower and dry. Chop of the base and grate the florets or put them in a food processor.
  2. Place in a pan with butter and olive oil and cover over medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
