GLUTEN FREE
- 1 cup Ground Millet
- 1 cup Ground Almonds
- pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 ½ Cup Mashed Bananas
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- Grind millet in coffee grinder, grind almonds in coffee grinder, and mix all of the ingredients together.
- Place in two small bread pans
- Bake at 350 degree oven for 35 – 40 minutes.
