Makes 24 bites

 

Gluten free, egg free, dairy free, soy free

 

  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1/4 sea salt
  • 3 Tbsp. raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

 

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. From into balls and refrigerate. That’s it!
