1 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 tsp grated ginger
4 6 ounce wild salmon filets
4 sheet nori
4 lemon wedges
1 tsp salt
Gluten free Tamari sauce

Salmon:
Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter and put on salmon, add ginger, salt and lemon juice. Wrap salmon with nori like a present with folded side and skin side down. Put in the oven at 375 for 15 minutes. Add wheat free Tamari sauce on top when served.
