Rosemary Feta Chicken

Ingredients

4 bone-in chicken breasts with the skin
8 4 inch sprigs of rosemary
Feta cheese
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Place 2 sprigs and generous amounts of feta under the skin of each chicken breast

3. Add salt and pepper

4. Bake for 1 hour

*Optional: Squeeze lemon wedges over the chicken at the end.
