Smoked Salmon with summer pickles and cream cheese

Not to worry, you don’t have to smoke your own salmon! Feel free if you have the resources. I decided to add this as a summer breakfast or lunch idea when you want something quick and cooling.

 

  • 4 ounces smoked wild salmon
  • Pickles
  • Cream cheese
  • Sourdough or sprouted grain bagels or gluten free bread OR Homemade hash browns

 

Toast the bagel or bread, spread the cream cheese, then add the salmon and pickles.
