Serves 4
- Olive oil
- 1 lb ground pastured pork
- 3 pastured eggs
- 1 carrot grated
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated goat cheddar
- 1/2 red onion
- Pepperoncinis
- 1 avocado sliced
- Salt
- Pepper
- Add olive oil to a pan, along with the ground pork and eggs. Mix well and sauté. Meanwhile, add the grated carrot, cabbage and grated cheese.
- Once it is cooked, add red onion, pepperoncinis and avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
