GLUTEN FREE RECIPE
Serves 4
- 4 organic chicken breasts
- 2 TB fresh rosemary chopped
- 2 TB dried oregano
- 1 TB dried parsley
- 2 garlic cloves diced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Mix items together and rub on chicken. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake for 38 minutes, turn off heat and cover for 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.
