- 3 cups cooked sliced chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup soy free mayo
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. worchestire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine chicken, celery, grapes, cashews and red onion in a bowl.
- Combine mayo, lemon juice, worchestire sauce and curry powder in a small bowl or ramikan and mix.
- Pour mixture into large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
