- 1 large head of cauliflower finely grated or chopped using a food processor
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Rinse cauliflower and dry. Chop of the base and grate the florets or put them in a food processor.
- Place in a pan with butter and olive oil and cover over medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
