GLUTEN FREE

  • 1 cup Ground Millet
  • 1 cup Ground Almonds
  • pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 1 ½ Cup Mashed Bananas
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
  1. Grind millet in coffee grinder, grind almonds in coffee grinder, and mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Place in two small bread pans
  3. Bake at 350 degree oven for 35 – 40 minutes.
