• 1 lb ground lamb (If you are having trouble finding ground lamb, you can purchase it here)
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup organic tomato basil sauce
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 6 cabbage leaves
  • Soft goat cheese
  • Grated carrot


  1. Place ground lamb, onion, tomato sauce, garlic, basil and salt and pepper in a skillet and sauté until cooked.
  2. When ready, peel off cabbage leaves to use for the wraps. Steam for 3-5 minutes or until soft. Add goat cheese and grated carrots, and wrap.
