1 lb ground lamb (If you are having trouble finding ground lamb, you can purchase it here)
- 1 yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 cup organic tomato basil sauce
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 6 cabbage leaves
- Soft goat cheese
- Grated carrot
- Place ground lamb, onion, tomato sauce, garlic, basil and salt and pepper in a skillet and sauté until cooked.
- When ready, peel off cabbage leaves to use for the wraps. Steam for 3-5 minutes or until soft. Add goat cheese and grated carrots, and wrap.
