- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 TB apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 crumbled bay leaf
- 4 cloves garlic cloves minced
- 3 tsp mustard (any type)
- 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- Combine all the ingredients together in glass tupperware and mix well. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cover and let marinate for 6-12 hours.
- Bake breasts at 350 for 38 minutes and thighs at 350 for 45 minutes.
