Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 TB apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 crumbled bay leaf
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tsp mustard (any type)
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in glass tupperware and mix well. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and let marinate for 6-12 hours.
  3. Bake breasts at 350 for 38 minutes and thighs at 350 for 45 minutes.
