Serves 4

  • Olive oil
  • 1 lb ground pastured pork
  • 3 pastured eggs
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated goat cheddar
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Pepperoncinis
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

  1. Add olive oil to a pan, along with the ground pork and eggs. Mix well and sauté. Meanwhile, add the grated carrot, cabbage and grated cheese.
  2. Once it is cooked, add red onion, pepperoncinis and avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
