Serves 2
- 1 8 ounce salmon fillet
- 2 tsp dill
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 TB Butter
- Salt
Cover salmon with lemon juice, melted butter, 1 tsp dill and sprinkled salt
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, or until done.
Yogurt Sauce:
- 6 ounces goat yogurt
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 clove garlic
- Zest of 1/2 a lemon
Tacos:
- 1 TB coconut oil
- 4 organic corn tortillas
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry tortillas.
Taco additions:
- Avocado
- Lemon juice
- Parsley
- Yogurt sauce
Add pieces of salmon, chopped parsley, avocado, lemon juice and yogurt sauce
