Serves 2

  • 1 8 ounce salmon fillet
  • 2 tsp dill
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 2 TB Butter
  • Salt

Cover salmon with lemon juice, melted butter, 1 tsp dill and sprinkled salt
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes, or until done.

 

Yogurt Sauce:

  • 6 ounces goat yogurt
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Zest of 1/2 a lemon

 

Tacos:

  • 1 TB coconut oil
  • 4 organic corn tortillas
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry tortillas.

 

Taco additions:

  • Avocado
  • Lemon juice
  • Parsley
  • Yogurt sauce

Add pieces of salmon, chopped parsley, avocado, lemon juice and yogurt sauce
