GLUTEN FREE

Serves 4

  • 1 TB butter or olive oil
  • 1 pound organic ground turkey
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 lime wedges

 

  • 8 organic corn tortillas
  • 1/4 block raw goat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 purple onion

Sauté turkey in butter and add cumin. Add salt and pepper while stirring. When the meat is cooked, add fresh lime juice.

Optional: Add sour cream, guacamole and salsa
