1- 2 Tbsp ghee or coconut oil
1 onion diced
4-5 carrots chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1/3 cup Bob’s Redmill Gluten Free Flour
2 pounds beef stew meat
7-8 Yukon gold or red potatoes peeled and cubed
1 15 oz. can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 sprigs fresh rosemary, destemmed and diced
4 cups bone broth


1. Place meat in a plastic bag with flour. Shake.

2. Add ghee or coconut oil to a pot. Add meat and brown each side. Remove and place aside.

3. Add onion, carrots, and celery to the pot and saute until soft.

4. Add back browned meat along with all other ingredients. Bring to a low simmer for 3 hours.
